I’ve built software at PayPal scale. Now I decide what’s worth building.

MBA candidate at IIM Mumbai (Class of 2027) and ex-software engineer at PayPal, looking for Associate PM and PM roles. I can pressure-test your engineers’ estimates and your business case in the same meeting, because I’ve been on both sides of it.

about

Engineer’s hands, operator’s head.

Two years as a software engineer at PayPal showed me how good products get built, and that the decisions I cared about most were made one level up, where someone chooses what to build. So I left engineering to go after that room.

Away from work: guitar, an ever-growing playlist, and Formula 1, the best live case study I know in making irreversible calls under time pressure.

The path so far.

  1. Summer 2026

    Citi

    Summer Intern, Internal Audit

Scoped testing for 33 SWIFT controls, found a control gap across 250+ applications, escalated an internal-accounts issue to an MD and closed it, and built an AI workflow that drafts audit planning memos.

  2. 2025 – 2027 (expected)

    IIM Mumbai

    MBA Candidate · CGPA 8.47/10

Building the business half of the product toolkit: strategy, finance, operations. National finalist in Kearney’s KOSMIC 2026 case competition, where our team built an AI prototype for tariff and sourcing scenarios.

  3. 2023 – 2025

    The pivot

    NextLeap PM Fellowship, Top Fellow

Left engineering to retool for product: a finance and banking certification, the NextLeap PM Fellowship as a Top Fellow (Blinkit GOV capstone), then CAT prep and a seat at IIM Mumbai.

  4. Aug 2021 – Aug 2023

    PayPal

    Software Engineer

Joined via a pre-placement offer. Built real-time monitoring for Pay with Rewards across six card partners, letting LiveOps triage 80%+ of issues without escalation, and cut Visa refund processing from 5 days to 48 hours on the EU expansion. Bravo Award; top appraisal in both cycles.

  5. 2016 – 2021

    BITS Pilani, Hyderabad

    B.E. (ECE) + M.Sc. (Chemistry), dual degree

Graduated first division. Co-founded the campus Ultimate Frisbee team, grew it to 60+ players, raised ₹1.5L+ in funding, and co-organized three tournaments.
